• An intermediary between suppliers and business buyers

The platform is intended exclusively for businesses. By using our Services, you confirm:

• You act in the course of business
• You are not a consumer
• Consumer protection laws (including withdrawal rights) do not apply

You must:

• Provide accurate business information
• Maintain confidentiality of your account

We may request:

• VAT ID
• Business registration documents

We may suspend accounts pending verification.

All orders:

• Are deemed offers by the buyer
• Become binding only upon acceptance by us

• Orders are binding and non-cancellable once accepted
• No suspension, withdrawal, or delay is permitted

We reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion, to:

• Refuse any order (in whole or in part)
• Reduce quantities
• Delay or cancel fulfillment

Including in cases of:

• Stock shortages
• Supplier limitations
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected misuse or resale violations
• Credit or payment risk

We are not liable for resulting business losses.

  • Held until complete, or
  • Partially fulfilled

Split shipments may incur additional costs unless stated or agreed. We do not guarantee continuous availability unless stated or agreed.

We may charge:

• Transaction fees
• Payment processing fees

Fees may be included or charged separately.

We may offer trade credit (“Sell First, Pay Later”) to approved buyers. If granted:

• Payment must be made within agreed terms

We may:

• Set credit limits
• Withdraw credit at any time

Late payments may result in:

• Interest
• Collection costs
• Account suspension

We may operate a buyer protection system:

• Payments may be temporarily held
• Funds released after delivery confirmation or claim expiry

Buyers must submit claims within defined deadlines. We may:

• Reverse transactions
• Issue refunds or credits

Decisions are made at our reasonable discretion.

• Delivery timelines are estimates only
• Risk transfers upon shipment
• Ownership transfers only after full payment

• We do not manufacture products
• We do not guarantee brand authorization in markets
• We are not responsible for marketplace restrictions (e.g., Amazon)

All trademarks, product designs, and brand rights:

• Belong exclusively to their respective owners
• Are not owned by us
• Are not transferred to buyers

You may not:

• Modify branding
• Register trademarks based on products
• Claim ownership or exclusivity

Products may be subject to:

• Marketplace restrictions (e.g., Amazon, eBay)
• Territory restrictions

You agree to comply with all such restrictions.

Under EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, you are responsible for:

• Proper labeling and translations
• Compliance with local laws

We may:

• Restrict access or sales to certain regions

• Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery
• Must include evidence

All claims expire after 1 month maximum.

We may:

• Approve or reject claims
• Offer refunds, credits, or replacements

All communication via:

• Platform or email

is deemed received and legally binding.

You agree not to disclose:

• Pricing
• Supplier relationships
• Commercial terms

We are not liable for delays due to:

• Supply chain disruptions
• Government actions
• Logistics failures
• Natural disasters

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• No liability for indirect or consequential damages
• Liability limited to the value of the affected order

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Breach of Terms
• Payment default
• Fraud or misuse

We reserve the right to modify these Terms where reasonably necessary. Users will be informed of any significant changes in advance.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Services.

These Terms override any conflicting buyer terms unless agreed otherwise in writing.
